Istilah ukuran di USA
• a dash = 8 tetes
• a pinch = kurang lebih 1/8 sdt
• 1 sdt = 60 tetes = 1/3 sdM
• 3 sdt = 1 sdM
• 2 sdM liquid (cairan) = 1 fl oz.
• 4 sdM = ¼ cup
• 8 sdM = ½ cup
• 16 sdM = 8 fl. oz. = ½ pint = 1 cup

• Telur yang digunakan di dalam buku-buku resep NZ dan Australia menggunakan telur dengan berat 60g.
• Untuk ragi biasanya menggunakan sachet 7-8g (NZ & Australia) = kurleb 2 sdt. Di Indonesia satu sachet mencapai 11g.
